Located in southern Tuscany between the towns of Istia d’Ombrone and Scansano in the Province of Grosseto
The farm was planted in 1998 by husband and wife Rahel Kimmich and Marcello Parisi. Rahel, an artist, moved from her native Switzerland to work the farm and manage the guesthouse with her new husband. Their son, Andrea, manages the vineyards and is also the winemaker. Great care is taken to avoid using chemicals and pesticides in the vineyard through the choice and rotation of cover crops and weeding by hand.

Fermentation and Vinification: The juice ferments on the skins with a long maceration of 2 - 3 weeks. The juice then ages in stainless steel tanks for 6 months prior to bottling.
