Barbera d’Asti DOC “Lassu`”

100% Barbera - Annual production: 6,000 bottles

Located in the Asti wine region of Piedmont, the Ghione winery was established in 1850 and is now in the hands of Anna Ghione, the 4th generation. The area once formed a sea bottom and the production is managed with the utmost attention to quality, using manual practices in the vineyards and winemaking processes chosen to let the natural, regional characteristics of the fruit express themselves in the wines. Anna works to maintain a healthy and sustainable vineyard, allowing insects friendly to the vines and wild herbs and grasses provide a natural environment.
