Located in Piedmont in the "Sori” growing area of the town of Diano d’Alba.  In Piemontese dialect the word “Sori” means a “well exposed location”

Family owned and operated by the second and third generations

Harvest: By hand

Total area under vine: 11 hectares

Total production of the farm: 50,000 bottles

Farming method: Sustainable

Fermentation and Vinification: The juice is fermented naturally on the skins for about 8 days in stainless steel tanks.  After racking the wine is aged for 12 months in stainless steel and spends a further 4 months in bottle prior to release.  The wines are not filtered or fined.
