Fermentation and Vinification: Both the Primitivo and Negroamaro are macerated for about 10 days at a temperature of 25/28C after crushing and destemming. The juice is aged for about 6 months, partially in stainless steel and partially in barrel. The wines are then bottled and released after resting in bottle for 4 months.
